felt intimidated just thinking about the upcoming 1:1 session with Gerald. But I was quite pleased once we met because he wasn't just shooting from the hip. He actually had listened to a few of my episodes and offered concrete advice on ways to improve. He was very complimentary on what he liked but gentle with constructive criticisms of things he felt I should change or improve.

He patiently listened to what I had to say and the defenses I had for resisting change. He would give his advice, show reasons why he offered the advice and then circle back around to those items I was reluctant to consider changing. He shows great insight and knowledge, as well as an innate ability to drive to the heart of a matter. We discussed equipment and format changes. I was exhausted by the end of the session but well satisfied with a laundry list of things to improve, change or update. It was certainly worth the effort
